What Young People Should Know About Joining Unions

This article was inspired by my working in retail and hospitality industry and noticing the lack of unionisation within these dominated sectors. I interviewed a lead NEU unionist to gage why young people are not signing up to unions and why there has been a decline in memberships. My aim is to write a short series about this subject and raise awareness about what unions are available.
